St Peter’s Church – Ropley

St Peter’s was originally built in Norman times, although little remains of its early structure except the south door. Its wooden bell tower, added at the end of the C14th, gives the church great charm. St Peter’s today is a wonderful phoenix, literally rising from the ashes of the catastrophic 2014 fire.

St Nicholas Church – Bishop’s Sutton

St Nicholas Church Bishop’s Sutton is a delightful simple Norman structure and the history of settlement at Bishop’s Sutton reaches back into the oldest history of England. The church seen today, began life as a simple Norman two bay structure of nave and chancel.

St Mary Magdalene Church – West Tisted

The church of St Mary Magdalene West Tisted is hidden away and as you approach it you feel you are stepping back several centuries. Simple and unmodernised, as well as boasting a 1300 year old yew tree, St Mary Magdalene Church is a joy to visit.
